- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
- No-shows no calls will be charged 100% and will result after not showing up to a previous appointment required to pay the full amount upfront to secure the new booking.
