Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change.
Your time is precious — and so is ours — which is why we deeply appreciate open communication if anything comes up.
• A NON-refundable, but TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. With proper notice, it can always be applied toward a future visit.
• You’ll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment, giving you 24 hours to confirm, reschedule, or cancel without cancellation fee.
To ensure we can continue offering the best possible experience to all of our guests, we kindly ask for your understanding of our policies:
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 100% service charge.
• No-shows or missed appointments will also be charged 100%, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
To respect our therapists’ time and scheduling, a maximum of 2 reschedules is permitted per appointment. After the second reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited
