Cancellation Policy
We truly understand that life can be unpredictable, and your time is valuable — just like ours.
If anything comes up or your plans change, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to help where we can.
To ensure we can continue offering the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policies:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. While it is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a future booking with adequate notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 95% charge of the service fee.
No-shows or no-calls will also be charged 95%, and we’ll kindly ask for full payment in advance to secure any future appointments.
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we’d be happy to accommodate if possible — please note there will be a $50 convenience fee.
