Cancellation Policy
Dear clients,
We truly understand that life can be unpredictable, and your time is valuable — just like ours.
If anything comes up or your plans change, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
• You’ll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment, giving you a full 24 hours to confirm, reschedule, or cancel without any penalty.
To ensure we can continue offering the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policies:
• A small, non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. With proper notice, it can be applied to a future booking.
• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask for 95% of the service fee to be paid.
• No-shows or no-calls will also be charged 95%, and we’ll require full prepayment for any future visits.
